The property is beautiful and has kept me coming back despite issues in recent stays. This visit the back office team sent me a folio prior to checking in of another guest. In correcting the mistake, they changed my reservation to that person’s name and in turn I was stopped at the security gate unable to enter and with phone agents unable to help. The front desk agent quickly fixed the error, but then the back office team failed to acknowledge it existed. This is a common thread with visits. If nothing goes wrong, it’s exceptional. But if anything is bespoke or out of the ordinary, the staff and management often fall flat.

Our stay at the Beach Club was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. What stood out most was how fully staffed the entire resort was at every location. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel completely taken care of and allowed us to enjoy a true vacation without any stress. A special thank you to Preslav, who escorted us and our luggage to our room. He was incredibly welcoming and informative, taking the time to explain the features of our room as well as the amenities, dining options, and experiences available throughout the hotel and sister resorts. His knowledge and enthusiasm helped us make the most of our stay from the very beginning. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at Marisol, and every meal was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. We also spent a rainy day at the spa, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The facilities were beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. The Beach Club has clearly invested in creating an exceptional guest experience, and it shows in every interaction. T

Beach Club is what all other hotels wish they were. The rooms are excellent. They are well maintained, clean and meticulously made up each and every day. The staff is the best part of the experience. You can tell everyone loves to work there. A shout out to the best valet staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Concierge provides free transportation to any place you choose within a reasonable distance. The water taxi is great with no longer than a 10 minute wait for me. Most of the time I am on board in minutes. The front desk addresses every concern you may have immediately and appropriately. The hotel sits adjoining the beach and free chairs are provided. Simply the best place I have visited. I rate this hotel 5+ stars.

Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. However, the service around the property has been meh. Pricing is so inconsistent from place to place in the resort. A house beer at the lobby bar will cost you $6 where at the convenience store it’s $11? Makes no sense and feels like greed. The beachfront and pool area also feel very weirdly unwelcoming.

Full disclosure: I'm here for a work trip, so I'm not paying my own way. That said, this place is outstanding. Staff? Incredible. Food? Delicious. Atmosphere? I don't ever want to leave. Views? It's like a friggin movie. Don't judge my photo skills.

I edited this review because on our last day i was served raw chicken and was very ill. They didnt seem to care what so ever! So we are currently staying at this hotel and is the 6th Hotel we have stayed in on this trip Around florida and most hotels are very simple to pay. Overall its a nice hotel and some good extras with rooms. Food is quite good in some areas, services at the pool with the slides is hard to get served but around beach club is very good service around pool. Italian restaurant on site the service is extremely slow and waited 2hours for pasta which was not edible and ended up walking out of the restaurant, manager her couldnt care less and was more intrested in the members in the restaurant and we noticed that before being seated. Had a few issues like we booked through booking.com then the hotel cancled our booking without telling us but still saying booked on booking.com so luckily they still had rooms. One big issue is the way they take payments and everything needs to be charged to rooms on site and they take and hold too much money on cards, currently they have over £3000 dollars more than we owe them and vikar at reception just dismisses it and then you can

CONNECTING ROOMS RUINED our stay~ Our stay at The Beach Club was unfortunately very disappointing given the price of the property. We paid thousands of dollars per night (close to $20,000 for the week) expecting a peaceful, luxury experience, but were placed in a connecting room with extremely poor sound insulation. The connecting door had visible gaps where light from the neighboring room came through, and there was essentially no sound privacy. We could hear conversations, movement, and early morning activity from the room next door throughout the stay. It was extremely difficult to sleep past 6:00AM in our vacation. We arrived and specifically requested a non-connecting room, but it took several days for anyone to respond to our requests for a room change. By the time we received a response, we were told the hotel was sold out and that we would have to remain in the room. While a note and some treats were delivered, the underlying issue was never resolved. For a hotel operating at this price point, both room design and service recovery should be far stronger. Most surprising was that the issue was never acknowledged at checkout and no attempt was made to address the impact
